Our Solution
Evalueserve initiated a two-phase project that involved the development of a customized solution that seamlessly integrated advanced technology with human expertise.
Phase 1
- GenAI-powered Contextual Annotation: We developed an auto-tagging model that could accurately classify thought leadership publications across multiple levels of taxonomies. The model was seamlessly integrated with our customized GenAI engine to recognize and classify data points based on contextual relevance.
- Expert Collaboration and HITL Framework: Our tech team collaborated closely with domain experts (taxonomists) to effectively integrate client-provided taxonomies into the model. Additionally, we implemented a human-in-the-loop (HITL) framework that allowed our experts to evaluate the automated output, identify anomalies, and optimize the algorithm for improved precision.
Phase 2
- Dynamic Dashboards: In this integration and visualization stage, annotated insights were visualized for display in user-friendly dashboards that would allow stakeholders to easily access and analyze the information.
- Real-time Updates: The system provided real-time updates on competitor activities, ensuring that the client remained informed about market changes as they occurred.
