As an operations lead, Nitesh oversees business development initiatives and manages client deliveries for quantitative (Quant) engagements. With a strong background in risk advisory and asset liability management (ALM), he brings expertise in quantitative finance and client management. Before his current role, he served as Manager (Risk Advisory & ALM - Quant) at Moody’s Analytics, where he developed strategic solutions in financial risk management.

His leadership in operations and client strategy enables him to drive impactful solutions tailored to the evolving needs of financial services. He holds a B.Tech. & M.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology (JIIT), Noida, along with prestigious certifications such as the Certificate in Quant Finance (CQF) from Fitch Learning UK and the Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from GARP. His contributions have been recognized with accolades like the Global Annual Award for Star Performer and Quarterly Awards for Best Team Performance.

Beyond work, Nitesh is passionate about basketball, reading, and poetry, which fuel his creativity and analytical thinking.
